Electoral Roll and Mortgage Offer

Hi All,

Quick question. Have an offer and have changed on house. Currently living with parents. I have applied for electoral roll at parents address but I have yet to be put on it.
We were on the roll at our previous address.

My question is will my offer be affected if they do a final credit check before completion if I am not showing on electoral roll at temporary address?
When they initially scored me I was on electoral roll at my last address since 2014, however we have been staying with parents for 8 weeks between sale and purchase. Just wondering if this will be an issue if my application doesn't come through in time to be on the roll?

Temporary addresses have no impact. It's continuity on the electoral roll that matters. Updates to the CRA's are only made every so often in bulk. Not an instanteous exchange of information within minutes.
