Maybe, or it may not. I've lived here for almost eight years and I still receive some correspondence - pensions related, based on what's printed on the outside of the envelope - addressed to a former occupant. Despite returning to sender every time.p00hsticks said:

It is a data protection breach. Financial info isn't seen as sensitive information however. Include the Data protection officer making it clear to them that you have tried to have this sorted out but nothing gets done. Point out that if the breach continues you will email Infomation Commissioner.
