Endowment payment

Prudential have failed to give me an evaluation and have missed the payment date up to now for the policy by twelve days when i contact them they say there is a glitch in the system but nothing else no timescales for completion or the nature of the glitch ??

If there's a glitch, then it will be difficult to give a completion date until it's resolved.
I also wouldn't expect them to tell you the nature of the glitch.0 -
Pru are suffering a software issue at the moment and running behind with a lot of their legacy business.
