What Happens To My Deceased Father's Private Pension That He Has Not Accessed

From my experience of dealing with deceased FILs estate there  are no hard and fast rule regarding what a Pension administrator  "wants sight of"., even in straight forward cases. One administrator did require a copy of the will and a rather lengthy tree, despite the fact that an expression of wishes had been completed and other than the surviving spouse there were no financial dependents.
