How to Enter and Eligibility

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.

The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland aged 18 years or over except employees of British Charcuterie Live and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or prize draw.

In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. British Charcuterie Live may require you to provide proof of identity and that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.

British Charcuterie Live‘s decision as to those able to take part and the selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the prize draw will be entered into.

Closing date for entry will be 13th June 2021. After this date no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason e.g. British Charcuterie Live will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

British Charcuterie Live reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

The Prize

The prize is: An East Coast Cured Food Hamper.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

The Draw

One winner will be chosen from a random draw of all complete entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) within 14 days of the closing date and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. Due to the nature of the prize, the winner must be available for delivery by courier/post or organise collection.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 7 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and British Charcuterie Live shall be entitled to select another winner.

The winner’s name can be obtained by looking at our website or by emailing marketing@britishcharcuterie.live within 60 days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw.
