Credit due from Simplicity Energy - incorrect statements, how do I request these are corrected?

Options
To cut a long story short, I was with Simplicity Energy when they entered administration earlier this year and I have noticed that their final statement is incorrectly showing that I owe them £550 approx, whereas in actual fact I was in credit and had circa £750 owed to me!

Simplicity was in the process of tidying up my accounts (due to their error I had separate accounts for gas and electricity previously) when they entered administration. I have now been switched to British Gas Evolve who are apparently still waiting for details of credit amounts from Simplicity. I have also had a letter from Credit Style Ltd asking me to pay in full the £550 I apparently owed to Simplicity at the time of their demise.

I have lodged an official dispute with Credit Style to have the record set straight as I don't want to have this as an outstanding bad debt against my name.

However, I would like to try and get the Simplicity Energy records set straight too, so that the £750 credit is transferred to British Gas Evolve and paid to me. I don't hold out much hope but just wondered if there's any expert advice out there to help me? I have contacted British Gas Evolve as well as my local Citizens Advice Bureau
