Hi, as title really. Had a AIP from Coventry bs with a hard credit check. It was referred to the underwriters but they didn't as any questions around financials (or anything at all) and then confirmed with the MB they would be happy to lend to us. Now we have put in a full application are they likely to ask about our bank statements or anything else? 90% LTV on a £310k offer. Would love to hear Coventry BS experiences. FTB and so anxious about it all!

@Lorann_86 Off of the top of my head, they do ask for bank statements as part of standard packaging. Can't recall if it's one month or more. It's usually just to match with payslip, check for any undisclosed commitments, etc.

We haven’t been asked for bank statements. Just a payslip each, P60 and a proof of address for me as my partner is already a customer of theres.1

Nothing as far as I know. I am just massively overthinking it basically. Still no word so will be calling MB for an update tomorrow. I like to know what to expect is all and every thing is abit of a waiting game. Thanks for some perspectiveamnblog said:
