ONS SODEXO VOUCHERS
Has anyone else experienced difficulty in using Morrisons eGift card vouchers in store when Morrisons HO can clearly see that the vouchers are valid?
My parents have been taking part in an ONS survey and receive vouchers for their participation. These are in the form of emails whereby you follow a link to the Sodexo voucher shop, input your cheque number and validation code and then choose which retailer you would like vouchers/e-gift cards for. They now have a substantial amount of e- gift cards (through the Sodexo voucher shop store) which they are unable to use as their local Morrisons store can not scan the code or manually input the e-gift card number. They have been turned away a number of times from the store and when I contacted ONS, Morrisons and Sodexo a number of times over the past 2 months I get the same response . Morrisons - you need to refer back to the Sodex. Sodexo - you need to go back to Morrisons. ONS - we'll put you through to Sodexo. The stress this has caused both to my elderly parents and myself is ridiculous and I am getting nowhere with redeeming £250 worth of E-gift cards. Please help or advise as I am at a complete loss

Like lots of other people I'm having problems receiving the vouchers from ONS. They state they sent the email and vouchers which I haven't recieved. I have asked them 4 times to send me a copy of the email and they haven't. They also state that the vouchers are now out of date and were only valid for 3 months. I'm still emailing them in a hope to find proof that they were actually sent I the first place.0
