Santander mortgage

I currently have a mortgage with Santander but we are looking at selling, I’m self employed but I saw somewhere that you have to put 25% deposit of your self
played? Does this include if you already have a mortgage with them ?

@newbie80 If you are talking about porting the Santander mortgage to your new home, as per their published criteria, the 75% cap on self-employed applications excludes existing Santander mortgage customers moving home.I will caveat that by saying that it might not be as easy as it sounds, currently Santander is one of the more nit-picky mainstream lenders when it comes to assessing SE applications and porting can be subject to a lot of different aspects.
