can you be given a ccj twice for the same erudio student loan?

Options
Hi last year I gained a ccj against me frb a blasted erudio loan, cant be bothered to explain why I fell behind with deferments from this awful company but the bottom line is they found me and wrecked my credit file again for another 6 years after I was just about to be released from a bankruptcy in 2016 and now means I have to live with this fresh ccj for the next 6 years even though I was sure my 25 years term before the loan would surely be dropped or cease to be enforceable (not sure about the legalities of this). However, I have just this week recieved further demand for the loans from erudio again expecting me to pay them! So my question is if I dont pay them can they take me back to court and issue a second ccj if I ignore the letters?

No, but they can seek to enforce the debt through bailiffs, attachment of earnings, a charging order...

You seem to be a bit confused as to what a CCJ is.  It isn't in itself a punishment, so you get a CCJ as a slap on the wrist and the debt is wiped.  A CCJ is just a judge confirming that you do indeed owe the money they allege you to owe.  You still have to pay the debt.
