Mortgage paid off - clearing a charge via land registry (Northern Ireland)

Hi all, I live in Northern Ireland and have just paid off my mortgage. I believe I have to apply to land registry to "clear the charge" on the property. I think this only has to be done in NI and Scotland? Anyway I've spoken to a couple of solicitors about this and apparently the cost is:
- Land Registry Fee to release charge: 20.00
- Land Registry Fee - updated folio after registration: £7.00.
