Terms and Conditions

1. The information given in these terms and conditions is correct, but Quidco reserves the right to change any of the below without prior notice.

2. Quidco's Sweet 16 is live from Monday 10th May 2021 at 10:00:00 to Sunday 16th May 2021 at 23:59:59, inclusive. A member can play the game any time and as many times during this period.

3. The member must be logged into the Quidco app or web to play the game.

4. No purchase is necessary to play the game, however you will be guaranteed to capture certain squids based on a purchase with a specified retailer. This information will be clearly provided in the squid hint. Please allow up to 24 hour for a squid to appear after your transaction has tracked. If your transaction fails to track, please raise a claim and your squid will be allocated when the claim is resolved. You must raise the claim before the game ends.

5. There are two kind of prizes

Big Birthday Prize Draw:

For every successful squid capture you'll automatically get 10 entries into the big birthday prize draw.

For every unsuccessful squid capture you'll automatically get 1 entry into the big birthday prize draw.

There are 5 x £1,000 cashback grand prizes.

The winner will be informed via their registered Quidco email address within 24 hours of winning the Grand Prize (no later than midnight May 18th 2021 (GMT)).

The winner's Quidco account will be credited with £1,000 no later than 14 calendar days following notification of winning (no later than midnight 1st June 2021 (GMT)).

This will be available to withdraw under the same terms as defined in the Quidco Account Holder Agreement here: https://www.quidco.com/quidco-account-holder-agreement The name of the grand prize winners will be published and available on Quidco.com within 24 hours of being winning the game.

Other prizes:

A member has to catch all 3 Squids in a basic squad to win. The basic prizes are 4,000 x £1, 2,000 x £5, 500 x £10, 1000 x £50, and 10 x £100 and will be paid via Amazon Gift Card code.

The winner will be informed via the game home page within 24 hours of winning the basic prizes and will receive an email containing their Amazon Gift Card code.

6. By entering, you consent to your name and region being made available via all Quidco owned websites, apps and social media channels, as one of the £1,000 prize winners.

7. It is a condition of participation that all rules are accepted as final and that the participant agrees to abide by these rules. Participation will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.

8. Quidco will regulate and monitor winning accounts to protect against fraudulent behaviour, Quidco’s decision on any prizes drawn will be final.
