Refund when first train cancelled?

Hi All.
I have three train tickets booked using "Trainline.com"
Mon: Exeter to Peterborough (Via Paddington / Kings Cross)
Wed: Peterborough to Leeds
Thur: Leeds to Exeter
The first of these has been cancelled which means I will now need to drive to Peterborough, so I will also need to drive to Leeds then back to Exeter. The Trainline app is allowing me to get a refund on the first trip, as it has been cancelled. Should I also be able to get a refund on the second two trips? They have not been cancelled, the tickets are non-refundable, but of course they useless to me now unless I want to leave my car in Peterborough.

With the current withdrawal of 800 series units there is a good chance the other services won't run to the agreed times (Peterborough Leeds especially, Leeds Exeter depends on the route), so I would wait and see what happens. You can check online if they did actually run.
If they are advance tickets they are non refundable if the service operates in line with the booking, if they don't a full refund is due.

My local train company GWR has the concept of a "journey".
Did you buy them as one "trip" or one "journey".
You might find you are entitled.1 -
Were these bought in one transaction?I would argue is arguable that it is all part of the same round trip and they should cancel the lot accordingly. The journey can still be made by rail but you would probably be delayed and it may not be comfortable; if you do make the journey, you can claim Delay Repay compensation1
