Nutella on Smooth, May/June 2021 – Specific Rules.1. The Nutella promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). Prize Terms & Conditions:
18. Your prize is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes weekends, bank holidays, Valentine’s day/weekend and school holiday periods, specifically the Christmas holidays, summer holidays, spring and autumn half terms and Easter.
19. Your prize includes a petrol allowance so you can travel to the prize location. The allowance covers a round trip of a maximum 500 miles. If you live further than this from the prize location, the petrol allowance will be provided to you as a contribution towards your travel expenses.
20. You will be staying in a 5* Headland Hotel Cornwall, sharing a luxury double room with sea view and en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. If you’d prefer a twin room, we will do what we can to secure this for you, but it cannot be guaranteed. Breakfast will include a 15g portion of Nutella per person, per day.
21. Your lunch at The Terrace restaurant is based on 2 adults enjoying a 2-course meal from the set menu including mineral water and coffee.
22. Your dinners at The Samphire restaurant is based on 2 adults enjoying a 2-course meal from the set menu including 1⁄2 bottle of wine per person, mineral water and coffee.
23. Each guest can choose one of the following 60-minute Spa treatments: options include a headland full body massage, Elemis facial, body wrap or a manicure and pedicure. Treatments are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case.
24. The winner and their guest will also receive complimentary use of the spa facilities including the hotels 6 pools, sun terrace and spa facilitates throughout your stay. Please note that due to covid restrictions these will need to be booked upon arrival at the hotel.
25. Prize must be claimed and booked by the winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
26. The trip can be rescheduled. If the winner hasn’t been able to take their prize within the redemption period we will be flexible and will extend redemptions on a case by case basis where necessary. Our prizes are Covid secure.
27. Global reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.
