Prescription Oakley Sunglasses

Hi all,
Ive got a nice pair of Oakley Frogskins, i'm thinking of getting prescription lenses for them, keeping the existing frame. Lens colour i have is a bit "out there" - violet iridium -but as the lenses would obviously be replaced anyway, i will probably dial down to a more sensible colour :-)
So, i have 2 Oakley stockists in town, one of which ( Vision Express ) is where i bought the Oakleys from in 2017. BUT they are talking over £300 to have prescription lenses fitted- polarised ( they have to send them to Oakley ) . And there didnt appear to be any discounts available.
I went on the Oakley UK website, but while there is facility to customise some of their sunglasses, if you click on "Prescription" it just send you to a list of local stockists...
I will call the second local stockist, as they are an independant store, and see what they have to say in the week, and will also call Oakley UK.
Just wondered if anyone has specced Prescription Oakleys ?  or knows of any route to getting a better deal ?
I have a prescription from a few months ago, and the optician @ Vision Express confirmed it was within the range that Oakley would provide.
Cheers

I got some from David Clulow - purchased from scratch as prescription, not converted from sunglasses.  Absolutely appalling product, never worn, still in the box.  The lenses just don't fit the frame properly so I carry on wearing my D&G with the old prescription.  I won't ever get Oakley again as they are only good as cheap fashion sunglasses, not proper prescription glasses.

Does anyone know what can be done with an undesired pair of prescription glasses?

Definitely not MSE - the quickest way to waste a few hundred £££.

It is  going to be cheaper to just buy the glasses with the lenses rather than get yours reglazed. selectspecs are good, I have had prescription ray-ban and several pairs of oakley from there
  • 30 seconds on Google with "Oakley prescription frogskin" took me here, https://www.shadestation.co.uk/prescription-sunglasses/Oakley/Frogskins/OO9013-J4-55, and £250 for a random selection prescription polarised lenses.
I offer no warranty on their level of service or quality 😀

Thanks for the help everyone .
I have sold the Oakleys to a workmate.
Tried on some RayBans in local opticians which suited me and fitted well, gonna have a look for them online...
