Work time

Been suggested I cut my hours by the occ health dr plus phased return.  216 hrs pm to 192 said to Dr-
Can my employer decide to drop my hours to whatever they feel like?  Illness is met by Equality Act and he has put other adjustments that will be helpful and agreed with input from consultant/social work on this.

    Depends on the contract.

Assuming you don't want the hours cut because you don't want the pay cut I'd be suggesting to your employer that you see how the other adjustments workout first before cutting hours

If they don't work and you don't then agree to the cut then they could go down the dismissal on capability route
