This looks very similar to a camera I recently bought on ebay.
A few things: "6MP interpolated resolution" sounds a lot but interpolated is not actual resolution. The actual resolution is half that. Still sounds a lot? Well it might be reasonable for a still digital but it's pretty hopeless for a movie - the image size is really small (320 x 240 at 30fps). Just about OK for a computer screen but really quite fuzzy if you show it on a normal size TV screen - not much better than a web cam really. The 16mb of memory will give you about 30 seconds of recorded movie. A 512k card will cost you an extra £40 or so. The camera is really tiny, lightweight and "toy like". Batteries only last a few minutes.
That said I like my camera - as a toy. At £119 this would be a rip off. At £59.50 it is still very expensive. I paid <£35 for mine including P+P (admittedly not the same camera but very similar).
If you want a toy then think about this but you'd probably do better shopping around. If you want a real, usable camcorder then I'd really recommend not buying this and spending a sensible amount, say £200+, on something a bit higher quality from a recognised brand.

Pricey toy, very low spec..
Not worth that kind of money, image quality will be low, not good enough for home video.
