Redoing a mortgage application

Hi,
so I’m redoing our mortgage application that had been approved by Santander but adding my father in law onto this application to secure his 40k deposit he is putting down on the property. We are only borrowing just less than 80k and We have our mortgage in principal accepted but I have just received the valuation report from last week that they did. Would I be able to carry this over or will they have to go and re value the property? Would it be best to phone them today and do the full application rather than online and cancel my previous application?

@Kirkii27 Who is coming off the application so your FIL can come on it? Off of the top of my head, Santander don't accept more than 2 applicants.
