@capri84 Depends on the context, whether any impact is historic or ongoing, what the probability is of the applicant being impacted again, what are the financial aspects to it, etc.

You had any clients who have had to shield?
ive now returned to work, and was paid full salary right the way through. Was questioned so I’ve given info explaining to MA but I’ve not heard back yet.Anxious business this house buying malarkey!0 -
@capri84 None that had to shield, but plenty that had their income impacted in some way due to the whole covid situation but (by the time of application) were back on track. As long as the lender is one that allows their underwriters to use a bit of common sense and the case lands with an underwriter who has some, they usually go through.Hopefully it's just that Coventry want something on file and can see that your income hasn't been impacted in any way, good luck!
