You need to ring customer services on 0800514131 and they will send you a disclaimer form to sign and refund you or replace depending on whether they still have stock.

Just checked this post, did you receive your goods?

The last 2 orders I have put through, 1 arrived about 3 weeks late and todate I still have not rcd the Molten Brown I ordered for xmas on Dec 9.
Have written to them and await a response. Interestingly, funds taken from my card on 9th yet they are unable to track the item with their courier, needless to say I am less than impressed.

Exactly the same with me! They say they dispatched it on the 13th Dec. They have sent me out a form for me to state that I didn't receive it and only then will they investigate it with their courier.

It was a Christmas present for my mother and needless to say I am not impressed either at not having got anything from them yet.
  • I received mine within a week as well.
Its really to do with the delivery driver sometimes as to whether you get your stuff or not. Some dont even bother ringing the door bell or posting a card and then say it was a missed delivery.
Smick100 you should ask for a refund on the delivery charge since they didnt actually deliver it.
    What a hassle.

Wife got me some for xmas as the smell is wonderful for the pepper shower stuff. Will be getting some more when this runs out as it really is nice. Got my 1st look at it on a BA flight to SA last year in the free goody bag they give you in Club. Being a bloke I had never heard of them before.

Can anyone please tell me where are the Molton Brown outlets? I live in London.
  • There's one at Bicester Village

I can definitely recommend the Molton Brown outlet at Bicester Village, I've had loads of bargains from there over the years. If you like that kind of thing they have a L'Occitane outlet there too. Join the online VIP club (www.bicestervillage.com) before you go as they sometimes send out 10% vouchers which can be used in most of the stores.

Thanks to the OP for this good QVC deal! I live too far away from Bicester now and I didnt realise QVC sold Molton Brown. :A
  • Let me be the heretic, here:

14 quid for a bottle of handwash? No Way! Ever! Molton Brown is over-priced and hyped to the ends of the earth! And the 'reduction' offered on QVC is still a-little-bit-off-a-really-dear-starting-price!

It smells nice-to-ok, but I kid you not, you can find equally nice-smelling fragrances in handwash for about £1.50 in Boots. I've sampled their products. I've tried hard to see what others 'rave' about. And I still just see over-priced smellies.

Molton Brown and moneysaving - just don't go together!

*waits for backlash as dozens make exhaustive arguments as to why shelling out 14 quid to wash your hands makes sense*

Molton Brown has lots of instore offers at the moment... They work out about the same discount as offered at Bicester Village...

Anyone wanting MB "lookalikes" go to TJHughes shops. I've never tried any but would buy for friends as I wouldn't want to pay MB prices plus a hefty P&P for them even though I do buy MB for hubby & myself.
