Negotiating with Debt purchasers to remove restrictions on registry

Hi, first, thank you for taking the time to read this. Second, my apologies if this has been posted in the past. I tried searching but got a bit overwhelmed.
I've submitted TR1FORM to Land Registry but need to have restrictions on my ex husband's interest removed before it goes through. He's not part of the picture (relocated abroad over a decade ago and not interested in any part of the process, so unable to deal with the underlying debt either since it's not in my name)
The companies are ME11 & Arrow Global, who purchased his credit card debts in 2011 & 2013 resp.
I'm given to understand they are very aggressive on going for the full amount (which unfortunately is unaffordable).
I am looking for advice on how to communicate with these companies to settle on an affordable amount because if not resolved it will get sent to Land Registry Tribunal which worries me as that incurs costs in addition to everything else.

Try the Charging order - the myth thread for advice if that’s what the restrictions relate to
Out of interest whose the transfer by and to whom? If he’s a joint owner he would need to be involved“Official Company Representative
I am the official company representative of Land Registry. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"0 -
Thank you for the sign posting - much appreciated.Unfortunately, he's not involved and no longer resides in the UK hence my current predicament.HIs interest was signed over by a DIstrict Judge. So I will have to deal directly with his creditors to get the restrictions removed.0
