If I buy something online at M&S can I then return it to a store for refund or do I have to send it back to their warehouse?
Thanks

You can take it back to the store.0

Make sure you take the delivery note with you, though.

Yup, without the note its a lottery what price you will get it for. My last item, even way below the RRP online and with a 20% code came up below what I paid without the delivery note.
I had it in my pocket but I was curious
M&S system is clever and will factor in your discount codes online, even if you refund one of many items. 0
