If I buy something online at M&S can I then return it to a store for refund or do I have to send it back to their warehouse?

Thanks

Make sure you take the delivery note with you, though.

Yup, without the note its a lottery what price you will get it for. My last item, even way below the RRP online and with a 20% code came up below what I paid without the delivery note.

I had it in my pocket but I was curious :) M&S system is clever and will factor in your discount codes online, even if you refund one of many items.
