I have been suspended by a retailer for mis-use of discount card. Please help me!!

Perhaps I have misunderstood, in which case, my apologies but if that is not the case - Your discount card, you pay. No-one else gets to use your discount card unless the terms and conditions under which it was issued state otherwise so perhaps your partner can use; can't see the agreement from here.
If you want others to benefit from your discount just pay and get them to reimburse you at the reduced rate already. How hard is that?0 -
One instance of somebody handing over their card and the cashier not noticing is possibly understandable and would be accepted as an explanation. When it happened for a second time in a short time span, the OP should have intervened and stopped it happening.
