I always refresh the capture until it comes up as just numbers, then that seems to work for me !

Some kind person previously on here advised that the code entering stage & pressing submit is time sensitive. Fill in everything you can before doing the code. Then be as quick as you can with entering the code & pressing submit. It also helps if you change the code (as someone earlier suggested) for all numbers because it is quicker. This has worked well for me. Good luck!

Had massive trouble with this, tried everything and then hit enter key instead of clicking enter and it went through.

I've sent them an email   via   customerserviceteam@waitrose.co.uk   </a> complaining  about it

If enough of you do the same   they might  do some thing about it

You name it, I tried it to get this to work.  Deleted cookies, even ate a few to see if that helped, but gave up after 30+ attempts.

@nicolerose I usually put both, but never won. So for this competition it would be 3. Cellar
Same with other competitions that ask for an answer but include A) and C) I include the letter and answer.
