Unpaid bonus

Hi all,
I'am unsure whether to leave or stay at my current job as Im supposed to have received a bonus during April but not have received it due to technical issues. Im planning to hand my notice in at the end of May after being paid. Will I still receive the bonus if I leave and it does not get paid during May. On my contract it does say this "If your employment terminates for any reason (unless it is for gross misconduct), you will receive a time-apportioned bonus payment subject to the above mentioned provisions."

Is the bonus "discretionary"? - the vast majority are!
Although your right to the bonus seems protected if you are leaving (many are not) it still doesn't stop them using discretion to reduce the bonus, maybe even to zero, for some other reason.
Even if you have a right to it that doesn't mean you won't have to battle to get it I'm afraid.0
