I have checked my payslips and received a document from work which is my essentially my contract (everything is online in my work place) .
however my title isn't my actual title.
it should be Mrs ...
will this affect our mortgage application when we go for one? I have asked work to change it in case but if they can't change my payslips I am worried that we will get rejected

Lenders don't care what title (if any) you use. You are still you, whether you call yourself Miss/Ms/Mrs/Mx/Dr/Lady etc is irrelevant.1

However, they don't like inconsistency. Recently NatWest and Nationwide have requested clarification where (eg) bank statements have one thing and payslips have another.I am a mortgage broker. thank you. I have made my work aware and they have updated the system to "Mrs" now.
I've also asked if I could receive a document from them just to explain there was an error which has now been corrected etc
so that I have some back up.
