Quidco & National Trust help!

Options
I purchased 2 single memberships via quidco for the national trust but made a boob on the direct debit section. I have now received a letter and a DD mandate to fill in as they have been unable to complete setting up the the membership. I can either fill this in or phone them up.
What I want to know is will this affect the quidco if I do either of these or should I just fill a new application in online, if I do this will they definately not be able to take out the other membership with the new bank details?
Hope this is understandable,
Regards VLT

    Oh where would that be?
This was where I got the original post from so I thought here would be a good start!
If you could point me in the right direction that would be helpful.

It's supposed to be for transactions completed wholly online, but for you not to get cashback it would mean someone has to look through all the records to see which ones weren't entirely online.

I signed up for some travel insurance and had to phone up because of some problem with my card and complete it over the phone and I still got my cashback.
