Hi there Folks,
Relative is dealing with The Mortgage shop and they have sent a quote from one of people they deal with called Accord I believe, brief details below,
Monthly Number of payments: 240 6. Amount of each instalment 26 monthly payments at a fixed rate of 2.23% £258.42 36 monthly payments at a variable rate, currently 3.75% £292.51 178 monthly payments at a variable rate, currently 4.49% £307.34
Just wondering if there better deals than this around.
Thanks a lot for any advice as really appreciated.

@anotherquestion If I'm not wrong, The Mortgage Shop are whole of market. So if your relative has been given advice followed by a specific recommendation, it's likely to be the most cost-effective option available at present for their requirements and financial circumstances.
