Remortgaging a right to buy property

Hi guys,
Long story short. I have mortgaged my family home 2 years ago and got a discount on a right to buy scheme. I owe £25000 over 8 years. My ex partner was on the mortgage with me for a year and then left. Now she wants 19000 within a year or will force me to sell. I need to remortgage within the five year pre - emption period. My current bank won't allow me to lend any more money within five years of the right to buy but I am aware that some lenders do. Do you know of any lenders that will remortgage a right to buy within the five year period please. Kind regards Tom

I would like to know this too.  I know you can’t sell within 5 years without losing some of the discount but what about raising equity from the property.  Our has no mortgage on it and we rent it out ?
