Hi guys
my bankruptcy is being dealt with by the Birkenhead office, so would assume it’ll be them contacting me if/when I require an interview.

However, Friday of last week I had a missed call from 020337871395 (couldn’t answer I was in work), then Bank Holiday Monday a similar number ending 1947, given it was bank holiday Monday yesterday, would an official receiver still try and attempt to make contact on a bank holiday? Or can I assume these numbers belong to a scammer
sorry it may seem like a pointless question, I don’t want to ring the numbers back and find I’m then bombarded by more scammers because the original scammer has sold my details on

Hi there
I suspect it was a scammer - I got a load of *!(%!ing scam calls over the bank holiday weekend, as did a number of friends, I think they were out in force!
However if you want to be certain you could send an email to the office dealing with your case to ask if it had been them calling (give them the number)? Then you've covered your back.0 -
I yeh I fully suspect it was a scammer, only takes a quick call back on their number and your suddenly bombarded with every scammer in the world. Which isn’t what I want. Recently changed my number because I was constantly bombarded, my block list was bigger than the yellow pages!!I would also assume, if it was the official receiver they’d leave a voicemail. As you suggest though, I may drop them an email and double check it wasn’t them0

Just had another missed call, this time the number ending 1941, it seems more and more likely to be a scammer…… I’d assume a OR would only have 1 number not 3 different ones.0
