It's enough for a decent meal out every year (as long as you live), even after tax, so worth a bit of chasing.

Thanks for this. I too have three sources for my French pension, but it comes as one payment. I can log into my account on info-retraite but not into the others, which are ACIRC-ARRCO;Assurance Retraite and  IRCANTEC. I used to get paperwork from Carsat Normandie but now it all comes online through info-retraite.
I hope my problem is not as complicated as yours. I am going to see where I get with my bank first, then I may try an email to one of the French companies and see if that gets me anywhere. To be honest, for the sake of £27 pm on which I pay tax, it is not worth a lot of effort. I only worked in France for 9 months so I was surprised to get that much, but it has added up over the years.
The French state pension system has been enormously simplified in recent years but is still enormously more complicated than that of the UK. There used to be several dozen pension schemes that you could have participated in & there are still companies who for a fee of a few thousand euros will ensure that you get your correct amount in a timely fashion. There is now supposed to be a guarantee that if you claim your pension six months before it is due that you will get paid on time!
The issue with logging on to AGIRC-ARRCO is will be because they have switched from username/password to the use of France Connect (a bit like Government Gateway) which is almost impossible to use if you don't live in France.
CARSAT Normandie deal with all overseas pensioners so they should be your first point of contact.

    Thanks for this.
Yes,  France Connect is inaccessible. I will see where I can get with Carsat Normandie.

I do not understand why you have not contacted Santander first.
The IBAN for the sake of those who do not know is the sort code, bank name code and bank account number. So either you input it wrong when you had to reidentify yourself last year or they input it wrong.
If you really get stuck contact the French Embassy.

I have already been on to Santander, who wanted me to make sure France had the right IBAN , but I intend to get on to them again, to see if they have already rejected some incoming payments. They had  the audacity to send me a second letter, a month after the first, telling me they had given me the wrong IBAN !! Fortunately I checked it out the first time and sent the correct one.

You could also try one of the French Expat forums. There used to be loads, but I think Complete France is still going. When dealing with France several years ago, emails were often ignored or not replied to.

Update. I have contacted my bank ( again ) and am no further forward from their end. Not relevant to my French pension problem, but I have lodged a complaint that nobody is able to explain why they sent me a letter informing me that incoming foreign payments to the wrong BIC/ IBAN would be stopped by 20 May, A bit odd, when I have not had any incoming payments from France since last July. They say they have not rejected any payments.  Actually the last one should have  been paid last August according to my French account, so there is a missing payment to be investigated. Next step is to see if I can make any further progress in France.

    Update.
i sent a copy of a letter from my bank with the correct details, and although i did not get a reply as such, today i can download a statement showing that my retirement payments since last August should all be going into my account this week. I am holding my breath!
