Hi all,

First of all I would like to apologise for starting a new thread, unfortunately I had no responses on my last one.

so, I am in a bit of a fret right now. We have exchanged on a house due for completion on 24/6 and have received a full offer from Halifax. It is a mortgage that I am porting over, we have sold our house and currently living with parents. I have made a couple of omissions on my application. Totally unintentional. Firstly I forgot to add some credit lines but I called Halifax and got it sorted. I signed up for check my file this week and saw some missed payments (of which there are a few) on my file. These date back to 16/17. I completely forgot about them and they are all settled. I also have one single missed PayPal from 2020
i have emailed my mortgage advisor at Halifax to inform them but no one is back in till Tuesday. I want to be upfront as it was a genuine oversight.
im just really worried the offer will be pulled.
I spoke to a mortgage advisor friend who thinks all should be ok as Halifax should have seen these missed payments during hard searches (of which I've had 2)
would they have seen these missed payments during the hard search and factored them in? I really, really hope so.

Please, please can someone advise?

I know it was irresponsible to not check fully and I should have checked credit report before application.
our LTV is 70 percent

oh and I should note that none of these missed payments have been logged as a default.

They'll have seen the state of your files when they credit checked you

You've received a mortgage offer and exchanged.  There's no need for you to take any action.

When processing your mortgage application the lender had access to 72 months of credit history data. If anything was detected that failed to meet their lending criteria. Then your application would have failed at that point. Lenders perform their own due diligence they certainly don't rely on applicants self declaring.
