I'm not sure if I've tried in Teams, but my laptop won't cope with backgounds in Zoom. I've also found when people ARE using backgrounds that it can be quite distracting, they sometimes flicker in and out of focus as they more or - more alarmingly - bits of their head flickers in and out of focus, looking as if they are disintegrating.elsien said:Do people not use the backgrounds when in team meetings?
I am quite often the disembodied hand giving DH coffee during longer meetings, and he's done the same for me. My colleagues wave at him and say hi!Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
It does read like you aren’t happy with the outcome of the meeting and you’re using this as an excuse to divert attention or just to get back at them. I agree with some of the others, it’s likely to wind your employer up and won’t get you anywhere. Just let it go.1
