Help To Buy Scheme - Authority to Exchange waiting time

Hi All
My daughter and her husband are waiting to exchange on their first property which is being bought using the help to buy scheme. Does anyone know the current waiting time for the Authority to Exchange to come through from the Help To Buy agent? Their website says they are working to "current service level agreements" but for the life of me I cannot find out what the current SLA is. Daughter is getting lots of pressure from the developer, and her solicitor submitted the Authority To Exchange request over 3 weeks ago. They need to get out of their current leasehold property by 18 May and have a one month old daughter and they're beginning to get stressed.
Thank you for any help or advice you can give.

Hi - my authority to exchange took about 8 working days - she can phone them direct - my solicitor was on holiday so I phoned them and they confirmed that the ATE had been sent out that morning to the solicitor... Good luck!0
