30 free hours / tax free childcare website issues

Hi all,
My son is 3 yrs old in August so I'm able to apply for his '30 free hours' code. 

I applied yesterday but the government website has informed me that we are not eligible because:
"Your child's details were on your application submission more than once"

They've also said because of this we have lost the tax free childcare.

I'm pretty certain we are eligible and that this is a technical issue with the website, but I have no idea how to fix it. 

Has anyone else had this and is there a way to fix it without writing to the government?

Thanks Poppy. I just checked again and we are definitely eligible. 

I believe the issue is because I applied for the 30 free hours code instead of just waiting for the next reconfirmation period, so its caused these issues. I wish they made it clearer on the gov website...
