I havent left my own review yet for fear or retaliation as the review will be in my real name, I will do so once I have left.
The wording of the 'incentive' is as followsAll you have to do is add a review of CompanyName to Glassdoor, Indeed or Google - https://www.glassdoor.co.uk/ or https://uk.indeed.com/ or search for us on Google Maps then select to add a review under our name 😊
Send a copy of the review to email@address.com for a chance to win £100, we will draw one review at random each month and the winner can select vouchers of their choice.

Is there any more beyond that? I can't really see it encouraging people to leave a specifically positive review?
I'm not saying they'd award people the prize for a negative review, but all that's doing is saying you could win a prize for giving any review?
Some posts have put it better than I that a lot of companies do similar things, and the internet is a cesspit for this kind of thing. There's not really a lot you can do about it, if you're moving on anyway I'd grab a beer and look to the future?

That isn't what I expected and I think is very similar to what my company posted too.Jimmy_Boy said:I havent left my own review yet for fear or retaliation as the review will be in my real name, I will do so once I have left.

I can't see anything wrong with this, had they said you could only write abc or xyz it would be different.
My own review I posted for my company wasnt 'glowing' of the company but what I considered 'fair'. I loved my job but some management styles were archaic. I would say it to management so had no issue writing it.
I think people don't take into account majorly bad reviews, as it could be a really disgruntled employee having a go, and that comes across, but a more balanced and factual account 'might' be given more notice. I don't know to be honest. I would never go by glass door as I think too many other factors are involved. Id go off interview, package, communication, media coverage etc (I think)......Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....0 -
