Hi does anyone know if it is normal for The sun to request bank account details for their competition wins, and if it is safe to send them please?

The Sun usually give away cash and transfer straight into your bank account.
As long as it is just your account number and sort code, then that should be fine.
Never give your long number or 3 digit code on the back.Thank you to everyone who posts competitions and good luck to everyone who enters.2 -

I won with The Sun and yes they need bank details as they pay via BACS.1
