@Nm207 I can't see anyone's mentioned this before but be aware that any non-payment may make it's way back to your employer - I'm aware of situations with our provider where this has happened.

Out of interest was the therapist suggested by the Healthcare provider or one that you found and they agreed to pay ? If the former have you raised the discrepancy of T&C's with them and asked for their assistance ?
