Might it be worth asking Aviva? The only mention I could find of "Transplan plus" was in an Aviva document ten years ago after googling. From whom you got the pension plan paperwork originally? If you got an original name, then it might be possible to figure out who the latest company is looking after it?
If all else fails, you can use https://www.gov.uk/find-pension-contact-details to find contact details to search for a lost pension.
Frankly, you only provided minimal information about your pension plans!2 -
It was originally a Friends Provident product and as the above answer suggests, it's now with Aviva: https://www.aviva.co.ukGoogling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!1
