Kensington Mortgages - declined after valuation?

Hi all. Just wondering if anyone has gotten as far as a valuation with Kensington and been declined? Our case has been with the Underwriter around 4 weeks now. We've provided what has felt like never ending documents, answered all of their questions and have proved we have deposit and 3 Months mortgage payments. We had our valuation last Thursday and my broker has said that we should expect a decision this week. This has been such a long process from reserving our new build in September to now (long story). I'm so anxious now awaiting the decision.
I've looked at previous threads re Kensington and can't seem to see anything, is the fact we got Valuation stage a good indication?

Hi, how did you get on in the end? Did you get the offer in the end? We are currently at the stage of sending over all the documents and information they are asking for every 5 or so days. Hoping a couple more weeks and we should be at valuation stage.

Hi..yes we did eventually get our offer

I honestly thought it was never going to end, we got our offer 2 weeks after valuation as they asked for birth certificates for my Husband and Mother in Law as she Gifted us the 3 months mortgage payments. Frustratingly they asked for one and then a week later the other to the point our broker got it escalated to a manager. Looking forward to finally getting the contracts exchanged. Good luck with yours0
