Capital Gains Tax

My ex-wife and I divorced in 2013, I am still on the deeds of the property. She wants me to sign over the deeds as she is re-mortgaging, but I want to receive £50k to do this as I have been unable to secure my own mortgage as she could not show enough earnings to allow me to come of the mortgage. The house was purchased for £500k in 2005 and is now worth approx £900K. There is a mortgage of £443k on the property. If I secure the 50k, will I pay capital gains tax?
