Yougov login issues and Contact issues.

Does anyone have a email address for Yougov as i can not login to my account and i am not getting the email with login code so looks like they have blocked my account.

i am sent them about 6 message via the contact us page on the website but getting to answer from them.

i am getting nowhere and with my account near the £50 cashout mark i am not happy if they have blocked my account.

Have you checked to see whether their replies are landing in your spam filer?

Another way of contacting them is through social media.

Yes i sent them about 7 support messages now via the 1st link and it even tells me that its been sent but am not getting email back telling me they have got it.

have also sent them messages via FB and Twitter and still no replies and there is no DM box on their twitter page so can not even DM them.

yes have checked my spam and nothing in there.

i think they have blocked my Yougov account and it seems every way to contact them as well.

This includes password problems, login issues, suspected fraud and account abuse issues. If you believe you have discovered a vulnerability in a YouGov website or product, please email security@yougov.com

It might be worth trying the security email.  It's worth a try.
