Bounceback loans top-up HSBC

Anyone still waiting to hear on an HSBC top-up on their bounceback loan?

My original application was handled in about three working days. The top-up application was accepted on March 15th.

Anyone else still waiting? Should I chase HSBC? There doesn’t seem to be an obvious process on their website.

So, it looks like HSBC turned down my application because I got the 25% cap wrong. I knew that. They sent me back the application and told me to submit it again. I did, with the correct figures and correct details. Now, having raised a complaint, I'm being told they won't be processing any 'new' applications, and I need to go speak to the Banking Ombudsman.
Or I can apply for one of their other loan products at a higher rate and with all the fun of producing statements and forecasts.
