Don't ever go near Grolier - ever, ever, ever. Unless you like endless calls to a customer services dept!
One hundred years from now it won't matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much money I had in the bank, nor what my clothes looked like but the world may be a little better because, I was important in the life of a child.

got my labels today, it says please return all unwanted items and ensure that payments are NOT enclosed. Enclose the invoice or your name and address for identification.

    BUT

    1) I dont owe them anything and
    2) enclose the invoice in the box or in the separate envelope which they have provided??

    Thanks in advanced

Has anyone previously dealt with grolier able to help????

you may have already got this sorted but just incase -

the fact that it says do not include payments is so that people dont return unwanted books and send payments to accounts they owe on together because if you notice books go to a different pat of the country to written correspondabce/payments (this doesnt apply to you as you only have) items to return and dont have an on going account)phew!hope that makes sense!

include the invoice in the box if i were you, jst incase the envelope gets torn off the box etc during trasportation.
  • I had dealings with this company 10 years ago.
Put in writing you want out of contract or whatever the small print says exactly, send it signed for post.
They kept sending me heavier books which cost the same to buy as return (which I did return). I spoke to customer services numerous times on a premium rate line, this incurred a late non-paying fee because customer services talked twaddle at MY expense.
Eventually after heftily overpaying them I was free! I told them I would never recommend them to anyone, they sent me a gold card so I could be a privileged
    customer! *!@%*!
After speaking to Mums in playground Grolier seem to make their living this way.

    Hizz I agree, stay away

    :)
