Leading on from my last question. I was on full time contract which I signed. Then put on zero hours contract for last 3 months. This was just a letter I signed to say i was to be on zero hours contract. I will shortly be returning to full time with same employer. Should I be signing a new contract or will the first one still be in force?
Many thanks

Depends what exactly the letter said.Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0
