Pre paid envelopes

Apologies is this is the wrong area of the forum to ask.

I’ve received a letter from my savings bank asking me to return a form. They included an envelope but I’m not sure if it needs a stamp. In the top right hand corner there are 3 stamps. First one says delivered by with the Royal Mail logo underneath, the 2nd says 01-04-21 with £0.47 Ne6016426 on the next line and a barcode on the third then the final logo looks like it should be where the stamp is fixed but it has 2 letter in the box. Unfortunately the letter that came with it doesn’t state that it’s a prepaid envelope. Has anyone seen one like this?

It should have said "PP Reply" underneath the 2 & "Letter". But it can still be used. Just bung your reply in the envelope and shove it in the nearest letterbox. If Royal Mail pick up on it, they'll surcharge the Building Society for using the wrong franking machine option.
