I can’t say I have bought a duvet cover from oldrids but I have seen them in their stores and they seem perfectly fine to me. Not cheap and nasty by the look of it, but I am not sure one can generalise.
Oldrids have an outlet not far from me and I would say it is more upmarket than places like dunelm. Their ranges are more like John Lewis. Downtown is part of the same building but is a separate entity. My local one only does clothes so I cannot comment on the quality of their bedding but their clothes are generally much cheaper than oldrids. Sorry not to be more help.
surely you could return any items which are not suitable?

Thank you Newly-Retired, I really want this Christy Sakura bed linen buttercup range and this is the only place I can find that stocks king size. I Normally just buy from Christy site itself. ( this happened last time I wanted one they were out of stock in the size I wanted. I think I will give it a go buying from them soooo many thanks. Have a lovely Sunday

You should be fine with a well known make. I can’t speak for customer service online, but I hope it is all good for you and that you are happy with your purchase.
