Accord - taking longer than expected?

Going through L&C a few months back. We had offer accepted on our 1st property. After a while, the valuation was booked but seller backed out.
Shortly after, we had a bid accepted on another property and it has been nearly 4 weeks and I sent a Change of property form last Friday. I would have thought this would have been requested sooner and their website states 8 working days from application to offer and it just feels like there's going to be more and more things to delay this.
Is this normal?

I do not understand your post.
When did you send the last bits of requested information to them? If it was less than 8 working days ago, then you need to wait.
