Precise mortgages

Hi there
Does anyone have experience with Precise? If so I have two queries in relation to a H2B mortgage:
1. If I have a late payment (just over 3 months ago) on car finance but have a good explanation into why will I be eligible?
2. I went into a DMP in 2019 but only lasted 1 month as I then got a new job and a decision was made to pay creditors directly and as affordability went up. Can this be explained?
Any advice would be useful...
