Declined DIP nationwide

Hi,
i was going to go with nationwide but my dip was declined on affordability it said I can borrow upto 98,000 for 25 years then it said a minimum of 13 years for 78,000 anyway I went on to the next page and did the property details and then it did a credit check and declined me. Could it be because it’s been put down for 13 years? Absolutely gutted
